6. Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens had already shown some signs of being a little bit of an “iffy” team in the AFC leading up to Week 4. They let the New Orleans Saints come from behind and beat them a couple of weeks ago, and they nearly did the same to the Titans in Week 4 after losing starting QB Lamar Jackson to injury.

Now, the Ravens are having to deal with Jackson being out for their Week 5 matchup against the suddenly white-hot Atlanta Falcons.

For a Ravens defense that gave up 148 rushing yards to the Dallas Cowboys just two weeks ago, you have to wonder if the Falcons are going to smell some blood in the water on Sunday night.

5. Cincinnati Bengals

Even with just a 2-2 record at this point, there are quite a few things to like about the Cincinnati Bengals. There are also plenty of reasons to have concerns over this team, too.

The Bengals are in the middle of the pack so far this season when it comes to points scored (14th) and points allowed (13th). Nothing spectacular there.

But if you watched the Bengals play so far this season, you would have seen a team that has lost in back-to-back weeks in pretty heartbreaking fashion. Some situational football against both the Steelers and Jaguars, but losing in the closing seconds to the Jaguars is hardly a defeat to hang your head about.

Cincinnati has a strong run defense, they buckle down in the red zone, and they obviously have an MVP-caliber quarterback. They absolutely have to be better situationally at the end of games (looking at you, Joe), but this team still feels like a threat in the AFC as of right now.
