8. Baltimore Ravens

Last week: 6th

The mark of a great team is being able to go on the road and get a tough win. The mark of a really great team is being able to go on the road and get a tough win, in overtime, with your backup quarterback.

The Baltimore Ravens are now 4-1 to start the 2026 season, and they just pulled off a very impressive win playing the role of “stopper” against the previously red-hot Atlanta Falcons.

The Falcons had scored 80 points in their previous two games against the Packers and Saints, and while they still put up points (23) and yards against the Ravens, it was Baltimore’s offense that executed in crunch time, and the Ravens’ defense that came through with a clutch interception in overtime.

Tyler Huntley proved why he’s one of the best backups in the league. Derrick Henry continues to defy Father Time. The Ravens are back in the thick of the contender mix in the AFC.

7. Buffalo Bills

Last week: 8th

Bills play on Monday night against the Rams. Their ranking will be updated accordingly.***

The Buffalo Bills looked superhuman in the first two weeks of the season, but the last two weeks?

Well, they’ve just looked human…

The Bills have a huge matchup on the road this week on Monday night against the Los Angeles Rams, going on the road to face off against one of the best teams in the league. Even though it’s an out-of-conference matchup, it’s a big game for the Bills as the Patriots are now breathing down their necks in the AFC East.

It’ll also be a great litmus test for Buffalo, with the Rams set up as 3-point favorites at home. We know Josh Allen can outduel Matthew Stafford, even playing on the road. This is shaping up to be one of the best matchups of the week.
