Eagles play Monday vs. Cowboys***

I’m not sure things could be worse for the Philadelphia Eagles right now.

The public perception of this team is as bad as it’s been in the Nick Sirianni era, and rightfully so. Not only have the Eagles struggled with injuries and some key losses this season, but the debacle surrounding quarterback Jalen Hurts is just inexcusable.

And that one is not only on the Eagles, but the NFL as well.

Oh, by the way – the Eagles have a game to play on Monday against the Cowboys. It’s easy to look at this team’s situation and just completely write them off, but just when you write a team off that’s broken, battered, and backs against the wall, something weird happens.

Cowboys play Monday night vs. Eagles***

We’re not getting fooled by the Cowboys again. Even a great game against a broken Eagles team won’t have us believing in them…yet.

The Cowboys are going to have to earn some respect, especially with the way they play defensively. But lately, the offense has been a disappointment as well.

They have the 31st-ranked rushing attack in the NFL so far this season. Jake Ferguson is out there dropping passes left and right. What happened to the team that went on the road and beat the Houston Texans? They have looked like a shell of what they could be since that game ended.

To think it all started with an inexplicable loss against an undrafted rookie QB on a Thursday night…

We’ll talk about the Cowboys plenty between now and then, but let’s see where this team is at after Thanksgiving. Until then, they don’t deserve the hype.
