14. Indianapolis Colts
Unfortunately, nobody really cares whatsoever what the Indianapolis Colts are doing on the field right now.
The attention for this team is understandably and completely on what they’re doing off the field. With just a few days until the NFL Trade Deadline, that’s all anybody can talk about with the Colts. It appeared as though they were in fire sale mode with the quick-trigger trades of Quenton Nelson and DeForest Buckner.
Get those guys outta here quickly. They are free agents at the end of the season!
It seems they realized the error of their ways with both of those players, and they’ve taken a much more measured approach with Jonathan Taylor, Josh Downs, and others. How many more deals will the Colts make? They need the picks for whoever is running the show in the future.
13. Tennessee Titans
It had to hurt for the Titans to watch Jeffery Simmons out there on the field for the Chicago Bears, helping a contender look like maybe the best team in football against the reigning Super Bowl champions.
Simmons has been one of the best defensive linemen in the game for the last handful of years, and he’s really ascended as the top IDL in the league since the start of the 2025 season. The Titans gave him up, and let him spread his wings as the new Monster of the Midway in Chicago.
Meanwhile, Cam Ward may have just played his best game as a pro. Nobody was really expecting that after the Simmons trade, but that game threw another curveball at this fan base. I guess the moral of the story with the Titans right now is that everybody needs to buckle up for a bumpy ride.
