10. Arizona Cardinals
After a couple of stunning wins against both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams this season, the Arizona Cardinals pulled off one of the best comebacks of the season last week against the Dallas Cowboys.
If you just finished reading the Cowboys blurb before getting here, welcome.
The Cardinals are fun. It's a shame we won't see as much of Jeremiyah Love this season as expected, but even if it only ends up being fun for a stretch of time, Minshew Mania is always must-see TV.
The Cardinals get the privilege of traveling into the absolute buzzsaw that is Seattle coming off a loss this Sunday afternoon. It might get ugly.
Or it might not.
The Cardinals are 10.5-point underdogs, but Seattle is also throwing backup Drew Lock out there, and they've had struggles of their own this season. Let's keep an open mind with this Cardinals team.
9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Overshadowed by the absolutely ridiculous Baker Mayfield passing stats the past two weeks is the production of the Buccaneers' rushing attack offensively. This team has run for 582 yards over the past two games, and that's not an error in the bookkeeping somewhere.
They ran for 324 yards in the win against the Falcons last week. They ran for 258 yards in the blowout win over Carolina the week prior. They ran for 241 yards just two weeks before that in their first win of the season against the Cowboys.
With the division still very much up for grabs, the Buccaneers have seemingly found their identity offensively. And yes, it's very shocking that they shut out another NFL team while simultaneously not completing a single pass.
Admittedly, I have no confidence in the Bucs going against the Bears on Sunday night, but a team that can run the ball that effectively? You can't count them out.
