6. Seattle Seahawks

The Seattle Seahawks got absolutely manhandled on Monday night against the Chicago Bears, and that loss could be the turning point of their 2026 season...for better or worse.

Sam Darnold wasn't technically benched, but he's going to miss some time now with a quad injury. Drew Lock is the Seahawks' backup, and arguably the best we've seen the Seattle offense this season was with Lock in the lineup.

Even though he has a smaller sample of plays (52) this season, Lock's EPA of 22.67 would be the 13th-best in the entire league this year.

Perhaps he can be the jolt the offense needs, and perhaps the exposing the defense just got from the Chicago Bears can put a chip on their shoulder the rest of the way.

5. Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers have been on a bit of a rollercoaster ride this season, which is a cliché phrase I absolutely hate using.

But here we are.

This team has been absoultely carried by Jordan Love for most of the year, but Jonathan Gannon's defense has started to come on as of late. And that couldn't be happening at a better time, because the Packers might only be a couple of weeks away from welcoming back Micah Parsons into the fold.

This week, the task at hand is a tough one. The Packers are heading on the road to face off against the New England Patriots. And that is going to be a big test of whether or not this team is truly a contender in the NFC.
