14. Los Angeles Chargers, 0-3
The Los Angeles Chargers are just bad, folks. This is a bad football team. Nothing is working. Not only has QB Justin Herbert played horrendously thus far, but he's not exactly been done any favors by his offensive line or playmakers.
But that's also a major issue - while Herbert does take a lot of the blame here, the roster just isn't nearly good enough, and it seems like many of us overrated this team in the offseason, as the Mike McDaniel hiring as the offensive coordinator was something that most praised.
Having the league's worst interior offensive line and an average group of playmakers yields these results. Losing Jesse Minter to the Baltimore Ravens also hurts, as the defense has taken a step back. With an overall lack of top-end talent and bad coaching all over the place, the Chargers could be staring down a massive regression season in 2026.

13. Houston Texans, 0-3
The Houston Texans began the year 0-3 last year and proceeded to go 12-2 after that, though I am not sure that type of turnaround is in the cards this year. Houston's offensive line and run game are both bad, and CJ Stroud isn't quite good enough to put the team on his back.
Heck, even the defense doesn't appear to be as good as it has been in previous years. Despite one of the most talented rosters in the sport, the Texans don't feel like any sort of threat in the AFC. Falling to 0-3 is not a death sentence in the NFL, as the Texans proved that last year, but that also means this team needs to start winning right now.
Until they do that, they'll take residency near the bottom of our power rankings.
