8. Las Vegas Raiders, 3-0
The Las Vegas Raiders are 3-0, just like we all predicted before the season began. Not only are they 3-0, but this team feels like a well-coached group, and even QB Kirk Cousins is playing out of his mind. You just struggle to find something wrong with the Raiders right now.
Given how bad this team has been for years prior, this 3-0 start is almost having us trying to find something outrageously wrong, but as of now, most of what the Raiders are doing is working. We still have to pump the brakes a bit, as the first few weeks of the season can sometimes be misleading for teams.
With that said, the Raiders are playing some awesome football and are currently tied for the best record in the conference. I think there is reason to have slight concern about how good the offense can be, as Cousins isn't really an overwhelming talent at QB at this stage of his career, but that might honestly be it.
The coming weeks as we approach midseason are going to be very telling for the Raiders. If this team stays afloat and keeps their record above .500, it might then be time to have some major conversations about this team.
7. Pittsburgh Steelers, 2-1
The Pittsburgh Steelers can't make their minds up. They looked rather bad the first two weeks and suddenly decided to look like a great team in Week 3. There are some roster talent concerns with Pittsburgh, and QB Aaron Rodgers is also someone who is on the decline, but they're 2-1 and now have a huge divisional win, as they toppled Cincinnati in Week 3.
This team isn't built to win in the playoffs or anything, but their performance in Week 3 was notable and does help them out in our power rankings.
