NFC East
Philadelphia Eagles
Ceiling: 12-5
Floor: 9-8
The Philadelphia Eagles have a roster that is good enough to go on a deep playoff run, and that's been evidenced in many prior seasons, but with no more AJ Brown on offense and yet another new offensive coordinator, the Eagles might be facing even more of an uphill battle to success on that side of the ball this year.
With that said, OC Sean Mannion is a former player in the NFL and might be able to install an offense that caters to the strengths of everyone even without Brown in the picture. But with QB Jalen Hurts' limitations, we could see a year where things really begin to fall apart, and perhaps some major changes come.
Dallas Cowboys
Ceiling: 13-4
Floor: 8-9
The Dallas Cowboys overhauled the defensive side of the ball this offseason in hopes of getting this roster in a more balanced spot, as the offense is already excellent. Depending on how well that defense plays, the Cowboys could see a major breakout year.
Heck, that defense could be top-10 for all we know, and with the seventh-ranked scoring offense from the 2025 season, it wouldn't be a major shock if the Cowboys began firing on all cylinders and carved out a top-tier season.
With that said, the defense not being nearly good enough could end up being the thing that again steers this season the wrong way.
Washington Commanders
Ceiling: 10-7
Floor: 5-12
Washington's offensive line is going to be a problem, so the Commanders might not have a huge path to high-end success in 2026. At best, the Commanders, with a largely average roster, might be able to win 10 games if QB Jayden Daniels can carry the load.
With that said, another 5-12 season could be in store with the iffy offensive line and perhaps another year where the injury bug remains.
New York Giants
Ceiling: 9-8
Floor: 5-12
The New York Giants success in 2026 is going to come down to how big of a leap Jaxson Dart makes, and if it's a sizeable one, the Giants could finish with a winning record, as Dart does have a legitimate dual-threat profile that does make him a potential threat at the position.
But with how dysfunctional this franchise has been, it could take more than one year for this operation to really get going, so another losing season could also be on the menu, as the roster isn't yet in a great spot, either.
