AFC South
Houston Texans: 12-5
The Houston Texans began the year 0-3 before winning 12 of their final 14 games to finish 12-5. This year, I can't imagine the Texans begin the year as they did last year, and while our predictions have them with the same amount of wins, it should end up being a much more consistent 12-win season, and as you can see, Houston wins the division in our predictions, as their roster improvement and the Jacksonville Jaguars roster regression will play a huge impact here.
Jacksonville Jaguars: 11-6
The Jaguars roster is good, but it's not in the same tier as the Texans' group, as the Jags did lose two key players this offseason in Travis Etienne and Devin Lloyd. The Jaguars are extremely well coached and shouldn't have any issue scraping together winning seasons for years to come, but a slight regression into more of a Wild Card-caliber team is not unrealistic at all.
An 11-6 season after a 13-4 season is still an awesome two-year stretch, as the Jags finally seem to have some coaching to build on for years to come.
Indianapolis Colts: 7-10
The Indianapolis Colts won seven of their first eight games in 2025, but given just how badly this team collapsed, it's honestly kind of hard to see how Indy replicates that 2025 magic in 2026. The QB situation is also shaky, at best, as Daniel Jones isn't an established starter. It's another losing season for the Colts.
Tennessee Titans: 6-11
The Tennessee Titans are still in the middle of a rebuild and shouldn't win a ton of games, but they should be able to win a bit more than last year and also be one of those frisky losing teams that plays spoiler from time to time, which is what you'd expect from a 6-win team.
Far from the best, but absolutely not the worst.
