NFC North

Chicago Bears: 12-5

The Chicago Bears win the NFC North for a second year in a row in our predictions. QB Caleb Williams may have the highest ceiling of any QB in the division right now, and if he can take another step forward in 2026 as he did in 2025, the Bears could have an MVP candidate on their hands. And the defensive changes made by General Manager Ryan Poles this offseason could end up helping that unit get to a much more sustainable spot.

Green Bay Packers: 12-5

This would be a very strong season for the Green Bay Packers. In the event of a 12-win season, Micah Parsons would have to get back on the field as soon as he reasonably could, and QB Jordan Love would have to stay on the field for a full 17 games. Love does have all the traits to be a truly elite QB, but it really hasn't all come together in his short starting career.

With that said, the Packers were in a position to win a ton of games last year before the injuries started to pile up.

Detroit Lions: 12-5

The Detroit Lions might have the best roster in the NFC North right now, but the deal could also just as easily finish in third place if we see a highly-competitive division race in 2026 as we saw in 2025. A trio of 12-5 teams would force one of them to be in third. Detroit would still be a playoff team in this scenario, though.

Minnesota Vikings: 8-9

There simply might not be enough wins to go around, as the Minnesota Vikings come in at 8-9 in our latest predictions. The Vikings do have talent, but the QB carousel can't continue like this, and if not for a shocking five-game win streak to end the season in 2025, Minnesota finishes with a losing record and is even shakier than they seem to be right now.
