NFC West
Los Angeles Rams: 14-3
The 2026 Los Angeles Rams could be the NFL version of a superteam, and they go 14-3 in our record predictions. The Rams were able to win 12 games last year and nearly made it to the Super Bowl, but the defense gave out down the stretch. LA already boasts the league's top scoring offense from a year ago, so this is the most complete team in football right now.
Seattle Seahawks: 12-5
A very slight regression could be coming for the Seattle Seahawks, but with how well built and coached this team is, it is quite hard to see how Seattle isn't still among the best teams in the league. They'll lose the NFC West in our record predictions but still be quite the formidable club overall, which would not be a shock.
San Francisco 49ers: 11-6
The San Francisco 49ers are already banged up, and it feels like a yearly thing at this point. With that said, the 49ers have benn good enough to win in this league pretty regularly, so I'd trust head coach Kyle Shanahan to find a way to will this team to another double-digit winning season, but the injury concerns seemingly being every year is a major red flag of a deeper issue within the franchise.
Arizona Cardinals: 3-14
Arguably the worst team in the NFL, the Arizona Cardinals go 3-14 in our predictions but could have some QB help on the way thanks to the NFL Draft next April. If nothing else, the Cardinals do sport a ton of fun talent on offense, and this unit is approaching a spot where inserting an encouraging young QB could really have us wondering just how good they could be.
Fans of the Cardinals may have to be patient through the 2026 season, though.
