Conference Championship

AFC

(6) Cincinnati Bengals @ (2) Denver Broncos

Our AFC title game prediction features two clutch QBs and one of the best home-field advantages in the NFL. The Broncos would likely be favored in this one, but at the same time, Burrow's presence in high-stakes situations rivals that of Nix, who has turned into the most clutch QB in the sport.

The Bengals do have a high-powered offense, and it might be good enough to get the best of a stingy Denver defense. We're actually going to pick the Bengals in this one in what could be a low-scoring affair. The first team to 23 points would likely see victory.

Prediction: Bengals win

NFC

(5) Chicago Bears @ (1) San Francisco 49ers

The Bears face the 49ers in their house, and with how good the 49ers have been this year and how tough of a team this is when the playoffs roll around, I would struggle to pick the Bears here. The 49ers would make their third Super Bowl in the Shanahan era with a win here. They notch the win in our predictions, as the home-field advantage is just too big of a hill for Ben Johnson's crew to climb.

Prediction: 49ers win

Super Bowl LXI

Cincinnati Bengals vs. San Francisco 49ers

Our current playoff predictions would see the Bengals face the 49ers in Super Bowl LXI. The Bengals likely have the QB and offensive advantage, but the 49ers would bring a defensive advantage and a home-field advantage.

This would truly be a coin flip pick. We have seen Shanahan and Zac Taylor each lose a Super Bowl in the recent past, but with the Bengals having a QB advantage and also having an improved defense, we're picking Cincy to win Super Bowl LXI in our updated playoff predictions.

Prediction: Bengals win
