12. Jacoby Brissett, Arizona Cardinals

Jacoby Brissett is firmly in that 'just a guy' tier, and it's honestly quite shocking that he has lasted this long as the Arizona Cardinals starting QB.

He has nine touchdowns against six interceptions this year and is again approaching a season where his 'garbage time' opportunities are going to make his statistical production look a lot better than his actual play, but the Cardinals do have more issues than just Brissett.

11. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

Jayden Daniels has played in just four games this year, and we're again wondering if this QB is worth building around for the long-term. Daniels does have five passing touchdowns this year against zero interceptions, b ut his injury concerns is just too big to not mention.

The Washington Commanders are an absolute mess, and I am not sure Daniels is blameless, either. His feel for the game doesn't appear to be where it needs to be, and the Commanders have not won one of his starts for quite a while.

As of now, he's really not a player worth talking about with the best passers in the conference, and it feels like forever ago since his breakout rookie season in 2024.

10. Kyler Murray, Minnesota Vikings

Kyler Murray and the Minnesota Vikings seem to be slowly piecing it together on offense. Murray has just two passing touchdowns against two interceptions, but the Vikings are 5-0, and Murray has gradually played better on offense with Murray.

There does seem to be a legitimate chance that this offense ends up peaking at the right time - later in the season right before the playoffs.

9. Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta Falcons

Michael Penix Jr. has definitely played some solid football this year. Obviously he's not much of a running threat, but he does have six passing touchdowns against just one interception for a 106 passer rating.

What the Atlanta Falcons have gotten from Penix thus far this year is approaching the 'best-case scenario' territory, as the ideal situation for this team is for Penix to show that he is the guy and to put the injury concerns behind him.

That is going to be a lot easier said than done, but Penix playing this well is going to keep him entrenched as the starter as long as he's able to stay on the field. Right now, while it's still early, there has to be a degree of cautious optimism with this franchise.
