12. Bo Nix, Denver Broncos

It's been a very interesting year for Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos, as Nix has shown the late-game heroics this year, but the passing production just is not there. Nix's QBR of 38.8 is the third-worst in the conference, but the Broncos have needed him to help spark some late-game comebacks.

Denver is now also 4-2 after one of the toughest schedules in the league to begin the season. It's probably a safe bet that Nix begins to stack some solid performances together as the schedule softens up, but he's not played good football this year, but I'm not necessarily sure he's been bad.

11. Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers is just a guy at this point. He's completing just 61.4 percent of his passes, but he does have 12 touchdown passes on the year, which puts him on pace for 34 over a full 17-game season.

Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers don't really do anything particularly well, which is a sign of an average team, and they did just need overtime to defeat a Tampa Bay team starting a rookie QB.

Rodgers is who he is at this point. He's a middling starter with minimal upside overall.

10. Deshaun Watson, Cleveland Browns

Deshaun Watson has been far from anything special this year, but he does have seven touchdown passes against just two interceptions and has shown flashes of his old self, and the Cleveland Browns being 4-2 is certainly not by silly luck.

The game Watson is playing right now definitely has some clear holes, as he's already been sacked 24 times, but the 'pizzaz' that Watson possesed earlier in his career is still displayed a handful of times this year.

The Browns might not have quite enough to get into the playoffs, but this year is already a bigger success than last year.

9. Geno Smith, New York Jets

Geno Smith is a perfect example of a QB who can be competent when things aren't a total disaster around him, but that's all you're going to get from Smith at this point. Smith has just one interception on the year and a 101.8 passer rating, but the 2-4 New York Jets aren't going to accomplish anything of note this year.

Smith is also clearly just a guy and might not even be in their plans in 2027. Far from a slouch this year, though, Smith gets inside the top-10 of our QB power rankings.
