26. Kirk Cousins, Las Vegas Raiders
Kirk Cousins is who he is. He did have a relatively lengthy starting tenure with Washington and Minnesota for years, but he’s now been in a bit of a regression the past couple of seasons, unfortunately. Cousins is now with the Raiders and could be looking at his final year as a starter in the NFL.
Cousins did help the Raiders put up 27 points, as he tossed three touchdown passes, but despite having 21 completions, Cousins had just 160 yards and did toss two interceptions. It’s probably only a matter of time before we see Fernando Mendoza, as Cousins isn’t going to do much of anything special for the Raiders.
But it’s also clear that Cousins came into this situation knowing what his role was going to be. He can rack up some personal stats in the meantime and collect a paycheck, as silly as that sounds.
If Cousins is on, he can go blow-for-blow with many QBs in the league, but him being ‘on’ is not something that we’ll see very much anymore.
25. Jaxson Dart, New York Giants

Typing this before the Sunday Night Football showdown, I do believe Jaxson Dart and the New York Giants are headed toward a loss on Sunday Night Football, and while I do want to rank Dart a lot higher in these QB power rankings, I can’t do it just yet.
Dart racked up 24 total touchdowns in 14 games as a rookie for the team in 2025, and while it seemed a bit dysfunctional, Dart did make a lot of big-time throws and did show off what he could do off-schedule.
Even if the Giants lose on Sunday night, which is the likely outcome, the team did seem to position themselves well for this year and beyond, as John Harbaugh is a winning head coach and was in place in Baltimore when the Ravens snagged Lamar Jackson and saw his development by year two.
I am not at all saying Dart is going to be the next Jackson, but Harbaugh has been in this situation before. As I have said and will continue to say, Week 1 is often a liar, so if Dart and the Giants’ offense end up having a shaky game, I’d not put too much into that unless that remains the case weeks down the line.
