18. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles

It definitely wasn’t a perfect game from Jalen Hurts against Robert Saleh and the Tennessee Titans, but all is well that ends well, right?
The Eagles, at one point, appeared to actually be on the ropes against the Titans. And then Jalen Hurts took over the game for an extremely impressive game-winning drive.
After an 11-play drive that ended with an interception from Hurts, the Titans got a field goal to take a late 20-17 lead. And Hurts clearly took the interception personally. He marched the offense down the field for a 9-play drive that lasted less than two minutes, capping it off with a touchdown to Darius Cooper in the back of the end zone.
Even when Hurts doesn’t play a perfect game, the Eagles know they can rely on him to come up big in clutch moments. Saquon Barkley suffered a stinger in this game, and the Eagles didn’t have any running game whatsoever to lean on. The pressure was on Hurts, and in the end, he delivered.
17. Jaxson Dart, New York Giants

After the first week of the 2026 season, it’s clear that Jaxson Dart is one of the game’s bright young stars at the quarterback position.
Dart was sensational as a rookie when he was healthy, racking up 24 total touchdowns (15 passing, 9 rushing) in 14 games. And that was without taking any of the starting reps during the offseason, his weapons dropping like flies, and the organization in a state of disarray.
In the first game of the season against Dallas, he looked like he was ready for a breakout campaign. He completed nearly 80 percent of his throws, finishing the game with 230 yards passing, 3 touchdowns, and 54 rushing yards.
No interceptions. No turnovers.
He’s going to get a great test in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Rams, but has another chance to shine on a really big stage.
