18, Bo Nix, Denver Broncos

Bo Nix had a 62-yard touchdown run in Week 7, and no, that is not a typo. Nix looked a lot more comfortable for the Denver Broncos, as the team beat Arizona in Week 7 and moved to 5-2 on the season. Nix did not necessarily light it up in the box score, but the Broncos scored 30 points and were able to get three touchdown drives, along with three other field goal drives.

Putting up 30 points anywhere in the NFL is an accomplishment, as this had to have felt good for the offense as a whole, as that unit had struggled big-time leading up to this one.

Nix rises a bit in our power rankings and are now winners of three in a row and get Kansas City in Week 8 at home. All the Broncos have done in Nix’s tenure is win.

17. Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders

The Washington Commanders gave everything they could to San Francisco this past week, but it wasn’t enough, and while Jayden Daniels seems to have some game-feel issues, if you will, he’s still a pretty slick QB when on the field.

But Daniels has missed more games than he has appeared in since the start of the 2025 NFL Season, and after a historic rookie season in 2024, things have just totally gone off the rails for this franchise, and Daniels has kind of turned into a QB who is kind of just… there.

There just isn’t anything exceptional with Washington right now, but if nothing else, Daniels has completed nearly 65 percent of his passes this year and has not thrown an interception. Since the start of last year, he’s thrown 13 touchdown passes against 3 interceptions, so the TD:INT efficiency is there.

Daniels knows how to play this game, but he is not only in a tough situation, but his injury concerns continue to be a thing as he approaches the middle of his third year.

16. Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers

I guess I just don’t know if there is anything new we have to say regarding Aaron Rodgers at this point, as he and the Pittsburgh Steelers are flat-out uninspiring on offense. The Steelers were able to win a rather ugly game in Paris against New Orleans, but week to week, Rodgers just isn’t doing much of anything notable.

He finished with a 95.4 passer rating and went 19/30 passing for 212 yards and one touchdown. To be fair, the Steelers won, but unless this team can begin creating some explosive passing plays down the field, this team will again fail to accomplish anything of note this year. The issue, though, as most have seen, is that Rodgers and the Steelers just can’t do it - the personnel, including the QB, are simply incapable of anything more than the cliché ‘dink and dunk’ offense.

If nothing else, Rodgers having 13 touchdown passes against five interceptions is efficient enough, but the Steelers continue to leave us wanting more on offense most weeks.
