This year's Kansas City Chiefs offense has been utterly painful to watch at times. This is a far cry from what fans are used to seeing game-in and game-out. There is a case to be made that the Chiefs dearly miss Tyreek Hill, and you'd be right to make that argument.

But, unless your name is Rashee Rice, you should feel less than safe once this season is over. That goes especially for Marques Valdes-Scantling. Just this last week, we witnessed yet another drop by the veteran receiver, and it was one that could have gone for a huge play.

This guy is set to count $14 million against the team's cap in 2024, but the Chiefs could save $12 million by cutting him. It's pretty safe to say his time has run out, but if he wants a job after this year, he's going to have to perform at a whole different level and it needs to start in Week 18 and spread into the postseason.
