Wild Card

5. Denver Broncos (4-2)

The Broncos are now in the No. 5 spot in the AFC following their Week 6 win. This team has dealt with an incredibly tough schedule this far but somehow made it out 4-2 with a bottom-10 offense. This should further prove just how elite this team can be later in the year when the schedule softens up and if the offense can find their footing.

6. New England Patriots (3-2)

Drake Maye has played well the past two weeks for the New England Patriots, so it might only be a matter of time before the Patriots begin to stack some wins. It's not like this team didn't just do this last year...

7. Las Vegas Raiders (3-2)

Of all teams, the Las Vegas Raiders are currently sitting in a playoff spot, but two losses in a row have this team trending in the wrong direction, and this wasn't really supposed to be a playoff season anyway, but 2027 could really be when the optimism begins.

On The Bubble

8. Cleveland Browns (3-2)

The Cleveland Browns are the No. 8 seed in the AFC right now and are a fun team. Deshaun Watson has played resonably well this year, and with all the young talent the Browns have, them flirting with a winning record is certainly in play.

9. Pittsburgh Steelers (3-2)

The Pittsburgh Steelers again feel like a team primed to win 9 or 10 games, but they're far from a contending team and have some major personnel issues across the board. The Steelers would not at all be a threat in the playoffs if they were to get there.

10. Cincinnati Bengals (3-2)

The Cincinnati Bengals could end up being one of the more dangerous Wild Card teams in the NFL this year if that's how the seeding sorted out. Joe Burrow is arguably the best quarterback in the league, and as long as the defense doesn't bottom-out, Cincy should be able to find a groove here and go on a run.
