Ben Roethlisberger has worked with some outstanding receivers during his time with the Pittsburgh Steelers. They have helped him become a great quarterback and now Roethlisberger finds himself in a spot where he needs to help coach up young receivers.

More from Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers drafted Martavis Bryant out of Clemson this offseason. He is a freak athletically and has a ton of potential, but there is a reason that he didn’t get taken high in the draft. There were some areas in his game that he had to clean up and he has the right quarterback to help him get through that.

Here is a little note from Steelers practice today:

Bryant better come back to the ball or he will be leaving Ben Roethlisberger out to dry. That is an easy way for Big Ben to throw a pick-6 right there. Bryant needs to attack the football and win the battles against the corners. He has the athletic ability, but he has to work on some of the fine parts of the game. He will get there in time.
