The Houston Texans have SUCKED with their 3rd round picks of late. In the 2013 season they selected Brennan Williams and Sam Montgomery in the 3rd round. Both of those players have already been released off of the roster! They barely were around to prove themselves.

This season, their 3rd round selection Louis Nix has already been placed on the IR and there are questions on if he is even injured that badly. There are questions on if he even has the desire to play the game.
There were question marks about Nix going into the draft. There were health concerns going in and it was big reason why he had a 1st round grade, but slipped down to the 3rd round. It seemed that the Texans got a steal with the selection, but he is sitting on the IR now and will not be able to contribute until next season.
He will be contributing the same amount as the 3rd round guys from last season. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
The Texans GM has to get his act together in the 3rd round. There are some good players getting passed on to select these guys that are contributing NOTHING.
