Honorable mention: Zach Mettenberger

I admit, this one is an interesting, albeit perplexing choice.

However, Mettenberger does have swagger, and it’s enough to land him in the honorable mention portion of this list. Mettenberger started the season as the third string quarterback, but he made the most out of the opportunities he was given. In fact, out of the four quarterbacks that started more than two games (Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater, Blake Bortles and Derek Carr), Mettenberger had the second best quarterback rating.

Not too shabby for a sixth-round draft pick.

Mettenberger’s on-field performance takes a back seat to his selfie game, though. When Mettenberger was named the starter, a Snapchat of him leaked. Mettenberger had a hairstyle and mustache that looked like it belonged in Semi-pro.

However, the rookie got totally punked by J.J. Watt when the fearsome defensive end mocked the signal caller’s selfie. The good news for Mettenberger? I’m sure a local restaurant in Nashville will have a “Metten-Burger” sometime soon.
