4.Russell Wilson will stay under 200 combined yards

Wilson has only stay under 200 combined yards once in the entire season, and that was against the 49ers in week 15. I think the Patriots will attempt to contain Wilson as much as possible, and force him to throw the ball downfield. The Patriots dominate the matchup between their secondary vs. Seahawks receivers, so I don’t think Wilson will have much success throwing downfield. His best bet to get yardage is, to throw short passes and hope that receivers can get some extra yardage. I think he will pass for about 150 yards and have 40 rushing yards.

5. Stephen Gostkowski will kick at least 1 50+ FG and Steven Hauschka will miss at least one 40 or less yard FG

In a game in which I expect both offenses to struggle, I think kicking will have a major impact on the game, and Gostkowski is the better kicker of the two. While he hasn’t been able to show of his leg from long distance too much this year, he definitely still has his great leg. Hauschka has also been almost automatic, but he is still a bit more inconsistent than Gostkowski and will fall under the pressure of the Super Bowl. In very close Super Bowl’s, games often come down to the kicker and I don’t think this one will be any different.
