1. Will the team bring back running back Justin Forsett?
No doubt the Ravens would prefer to have the league’s fifth-leading rusher from a year ago back on the club. But it also could depend on the market for the journeyman running back, who is eligible for free agency.
This past season, Forsett totaled 1,266 yards on the ground and ran for eight scores. One year earlier, the Ravens as a team ran for a franchise-record low 1,328 yards and seven touchdowns. Give credit where credit is due as a bolstered offensive line featuring the likes of center Jeremy Zuttah and especially guards Kelechi Osemele and Marshal Yanda.
Forsett added 263 yards on 44 receptions for Baltimore, his fourth different team in as many years. Bernard Pierce and Lorenzo Taliaferro combined for 658 yards rushing and six scores and remain in the mix if Forsett doesn’t return, which is iffy at best as of now. However, the Ravens’ running back cupboard is far from bare.
