Ben Heeney. 6. player. 57. Ben Heeney is a very interesting draft prospect to say the least, and there is a good chance that he will be gone before the sixth round. That being said, he has issues that could very well knock him out of the first five rounds and give the Chicago Bears a chance to steal him in the sixth round.
During his senior season at Kansas last year, Heeney ended up recording 127 tackles, 1.5 sacks, an interception, and two forced fumbles.

Those numbers are very good, and in most cases he would be a third or fourth round pick. Unfortunately, the concerns have been noticed and are going to hurt his draft stock. There are concerns surrounding his ability to consistently make tackles, lack of improvement in that area and some attitude concerns. He had a major weakness for missing tackles during his college career.

If he does fall to the Bears this late in the draft, then it wouldn’t be surprising to see them scoop him up. Chicago will need to figure out how to replace <a href=. LB. Kansas Jayhawks
