Hiring Rex Ryan as Head Coach

Rex Ryan was one of the most underrated most underrated moves that the Buffalo Bills made. Doug Marrone bailed on the team after he had some disagreements with the front office and management.

As good as the Bills played last season, Marrone wasn’t the head coach that could take them over the hump and into the playoffs. Ryan, on the other hand, is exactly the type of guy that can do just that. His attitude and ability to motivate his players and get the best out of them is exactly what they have been needing.

During his tenure with the New York Jets, he showed the ability to lead a very successful team. He got the Jets to back-to-back AFC Championship games, although his team didn’t win either one of them. Ryan is still the type of coach that the Bills have been needing, and they are going to have much better game plans and more motivation.

Buffalo is on the right track, and Ryan is exactly the right guy to lead the way during the 2015 season with all of the new talent.
