4. Week 12 19-3 W vs. Arizona Cardinals

Although it wasn’t as impressive as his second performance against the Cardinals last season (which will obviously be discussed later on), Wilson played an exceptionally clean game when he faced this elite defense for the first time in 2015. The former Wisconsin star faced incessant pressure and was sacked seven times, and he yet he didn’t throw a single pick despite being hit 11 times in total. 11!

More impressively, Wilson showed so much surgical precision that we might as well make that the default praise when talking about him. In 22 attempts, Wilson threw just five incompletions and averaged a whopping 9.6 yards per attempt. Perhaps the best quarterback in the NFL at spreading the ball around a host of mediocre options, Wilson managed to do all of this despite not having a single player hit 50 receiving yards or five receptions.

And if that weren’t enough, check out what Wilson did on the ground. The Cardinals somehow kept Marshawn Lynch in check to a paltry 39 yards on 15 carries (that’s 2.6 YPC, for those of you interested), so Wilson took it upon himself to tear through the Cards front seven with 73 yards on ten carries. So yeah, he averaged more yards per carry than Drew Stanton did per pass attempt (5.7) and averaged more yards per pass attempt than every Cardinals receiver except John Brown.

Classic RW3.
