48. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers need a new quarterback to lead the way, and the highest-rated quarterback in the 2015 NFL draft is Winston. The decision seems to be cut and dry for the Bucs with the No. 1 overall selection, especially with Winston being NFL ready right now.
With Winston, the Bucs will get a former Heisman Trophy winner, who won a National Championship two seasons ago, and this past season played in the inaugural College Football Playoff.

The former Florida State quarterback this past season passed for 3,907 yards, 25 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. For his career, Winston threw for 7,964 yards and 65 touchdowns.

Tampa Bay’s reason for the need at quarterback, look at last season’s stats where their quarterbacks were ranked 25th in the NFL with 206.1 passing yards per game, averaging 7.7 yards per competition.

Again, this is a solid selection by the Buccaneers if they decide Winston is their man.
.
