Teams converted third down on the Titans’ 94 times last year (224 attempts) and fourth down five times on 11 attempts.</p> <p>With a player like Williams on their roster at defensive tackle, it would be all but certain the opposition wouldn’t average 5.4 yards per play this upcoming season.</p> <p>Williams in his final collegiate season finished with 71 tackles, six sacks and one interception.
