Dallas has two seventh-round picks, and they will both go to Washington State Cougars in this seven-round mock draft. Connor Halliday is a very intriguing quarterback prospect, although he isn’t likely to end up making an NFL roster this season if he does end up getting drafted.
Part of his issue is the fact that he has turned the football over way too much throughout his collegiate career. He ended up throwing 50 interceptions in his four-year career at Washington State, which is far too many. If he can get that under control, there might very well be a place for him in the NFL as a backup or third-string quarterback at some point in the future.

During his senior year last season with Washington State he threw for 3,873 yards, 32 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

Tony Romo isn’t getting any younger, and they might as well take a stab in the seventh round on potential. Romo wasn’t expected to be an NFL quarterback when he came out in the draft, but he proved everyone wrong. Halliday has the talent if he continues working hard and listens to what his coaches have to say.
. QB. Washington State Cougars. Connor Halliday. 7. player. 123
