According to Henne:

RB Jahwan Edwards – Ball State

Edwards was a bell-cow back at Ball state, surpassing 1,000 yards each of the last three seasons.  The team captain was a third-team All-MAC pick after rushing for 1,252 yards and 12 touchdowns.

RB Dreamius Smith – West Virginia

After transferring to WVU from Butler Community College, the 6-0, 217-pound running back ran for 945 yards and 10 TDs.

What the picks bring to the table:

While Smith and Edwards have the sure-fire talent, it is highly unlikely they end up on the starting day roster considering that Melvin Gordon (a first round pick) as well as three other very talented backs are already with the Bolts.

It would take an almost perfect off-season performance to get a chance at making even fourth-string. For the meantime though, they will probably stay on the practice squad, waiting for their chance to be called up.

Out of the two, I like Jahwan Edwards the most out considering his production (4,558 yards and 51 touchdowns) and his overall consistency. The ability to consistently score over double-digit touchdowns and 1,000 yards is something that should definitely be rewarded.
