Pittsburgh Steelers @ New England Patriots, Week 1:

If Brady’s suspension is upheld, this game will be the game of suspensions, as it would have Le’Veon Bell, LeGarrette Blount and Tom Brady all suspended. Either way this game will either confirm everyone’s worries about the Patriots secondary or the secondary can prove that they are actually decent. No matter who starts this game at QB, I think this game will be a shoot out, as the Steelers secondary isn’t very good either. In the end I think the Patriots will take this game, especially because of the absence of Le’Veon Bell. If Garoppolo plays, he will have to limit his turnovers, but otherwise the Patriots offense will defeat the Steelers.

Patriots win (1-0)

New England Patriots @ Buffalo Bills, Week 2:

Once again this game could shine light on another possible Patriot flaw, the offensive line. The offensive line will have its hands full in their first game against Rex Ryan, but if they can withstand the Bills, they can withstand almost anyone. The Bills offense is a big question mark, and now since Scott Chandler can’t hurt the Pats, since he is on the Pats, the Patriots defense shouldn’t have it too difficult especially because the Pats front seven is very good. I think this game will be extremely tough to win with Garoppolo as QB. If Brady starts it will still be very tough, and because the Pats often start the season slow, I think the Bills take this one.
