New England Patriots @ New York Jets, Week 16
Going to New York to play the Jets is never an easy game for the Pats, no matter how much better the Pats might be. It will be very difficult for the Pats offense to put up a lot of points against the stiff Jets defense. The Jets offense will likely struggle against the Pats aswell, though Marshall and Decker might be able to push around the Patriots corners and open up easy throws for Geno Smith, or whoever will be Jets QB at this point. While it will probably come down to the last seconds, I think the Pats will end pulling this one out as well.
Patriots win (12-3)
New England Patriots @ Miami Dolphins, Week 17
The Pats will have to go down to Florida to finish of the season, and they have had recent struggles in Miami. This game could also be a key one for Joe Philbin and the Dolphins as it might decide if they make the playoffs or not. I think the Dolphins will continue their home success against the Pats and will pull out a big win against the Patriots. This game will give the Pats some things to work on before heading into the playoffs. Ryan Tannehill will exploit some of the secondaries flaws and the Dolphins will win.
Patriots lose (12-4)
I think the Pats will finish the season 12-4 which is a very good record, though it probably won’t be enough for them to get the No.1 seed. The Colts have a very easy schedule this year and the Broncos would have the tie breaker over the Patriots. Some of these games could go either way, and if Brady’s suspension is picked up, that might change things as well.
