In a typical 53-man roster, team’s usually carry about nine or ten players. In a given week, usually only seven, sometimes eight, of those players are actually on the active roster. While the Patriots have some offensive lineman whose versatility could allow them to keep fewer players at the position, there are many intriguing names here.
For the sake of this process I am going to give the Patriots 10 offensive lineman who make the 53-man roster for the regular season. This results in the following depth chart:
LT: Nate Solder, Marcus Cannon, Cameron Fleming
LG: Tre’ Jackson, Josh Kline, Caylin Hauptmann, Shaquille Mason
C: Bryan Stork, Ryan Wendell, Shaquille Mason
RG: Ryan Wendell, Josh Kline, Caylin Hauptmann, Shaquille Mason
RT: Sebastian Vollmer, Marcus Cannon, Cameron Fleming
