As a Cincinnati Bengals fan, I’ll be the first to tell you that Andy Dalton is the epitome of inconsistency. I’ll also be the first to tell you that Dalton has never once in his career had the litany of weapons around him that he will in 2015.

Cincinnati’s offense may not have many household names after A.J. Green, but it’s flush with players who can make Dalton look amazing.

Green is the obvious player to reference as one of the premier wide receivers in today’s NFL. After him on the depth chart is Marvin Jones, who had 10 touchdown receptions in 2013, and Mohamed Sanu, who caught 50-plus passes for nearly 800 yards in 2014.

For what it’s worth, Jones missed the entire 2014 season due to foot and ankle injuries.

Also coming back for the Bengals will be tight end Tyler Eifert, who has as much upside as any player at his position. Throw in running backs Gio Bernard and Jeremy Hill and the Bengals now have an endless list of options.

If Dalton can’t put it together in 2015, give up on him as a fantasy football owner. Just don’t completely ignore him on draft day.
