30. Ryan Fitzpatrick, New York Jets
I actually like to watch Fitzpatrick play football when he is on, but when his game is off, well, the journeyman quarterback is tough to watch. Would Fitzpatrick even be the starting quarterback for the Jets if Geno Smith hadn’t been punched in the face, suffering a broken jaw? Maybe after this first week’s worth of games, Fitzpatrick will climb a little higher on this list, but for now, it is tough to say what he’ll bring to the table this year.

29. Marcus Mariota, Tennessee Titans
Sure, Mariota had a great training camp and a decent preseason, but he is still a rookie on a very bad football team that is still rebuilding their roster in a division led by Andrew Luck and the Colts. It will be a tough rookie season for the former Oregon quarterback as he learns the style of the NFL game will be a lot different than what he was used to in the Pac-12.
