The Rams only have two returning starters to the offensive line, in left tackle Greg Robinson and right guard Rodger Saffold. Rookies Jamon Brown (Left guard) and Rob Havenstein (Right tackle) will be adjusting to life in the NFL and Centre Tim Barnes has only started in four games and has limited playing time at centre but has shown some upside in preseason.

The Seahawks front seven was amongst the best in the NFL in 2014 and looks set to take advantage of such an inexperienced bunch. The Seahawks were number one in total defense in 2014, third against the run and first against the pass.

The Seahawks have added veteran run stuffer Ahtyba Rubin and highly versatile rookie Frank Clark to an already talented group who should be able to generate a consistent pass rush with their front four against the Rams. This will leave the linebacker’s free to either drop back in coverage or blitz Nick Foles.

Seahawks defensive coordinator Kris Richard will be rubbing his hands at the prospect of facing this group; this may turn out to be the Rams’ offensive line’s worst game of the season. Richard will bring a lot of pressure on Sunday hoping to get to Foles and cause some errant throws that could lead to interceptions.

Look for Cliff Avril, Michael Bennett and Frank Clark to cause mayhem in the Rams’ backfield. This may be a long day for Foles.
