Philadelphia Eagles: 5 thoughts following win over Giants

Jason Kelce Didn’t Play Like A Pro Bowler
It wasn’t pretty for the Eagles on the offensive line mainly due to Jason Kelce’s play. The Pro Bowl lineman from a year ago played like a rookie tonight on many occasions. He poorly snapped the ball twice inaccurately and when Sam Bradford wasn’t ready for it. The missteps didn’t lead to turnovers, but it put a stop to the Eagles’ offensive momentum.
Hopefully, Kelce’s poor play is a phase that only lasts for one game or else the Eagles could be in the business for a new snapper. After his sloppy first half, he appeared to calm down and play like many know him to be in the second half. This is good news for a team that has other offensive worries to be concerned with at this time.
The Eagles offense was on the field for a more considerable amount of time than normal and that could have led to some of Kelce’s brain farts. Yet, he’s a veteran offensive lineman that can’t afford to make those silly mistakes.
