The Tampa Bay Buccaneers face the Atlanta Falcons at the Georgia Dome on Sunday afternoon. Here’s how to watch the game online.

After the long hiatus, regular season NFL football returns on Sunday. Week 1 of the 2016 NFL season holds many great matchups, including a highly intriguing one on the early slate of games that features the Atlanta Falcons welcoming the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to the Georgia Dome. This matchup out of the NFC South should be quite enjoyable.

For the Buccaneers, they’re hoping 2016 is the breakout season for second-year quarterback Jameis Winston. He was a revelation at times as a rookie, but now could be even better. With weapons like Mike Evans, Vincent Jackson, and Doug Martin, it’s hard to disagree. Throw in the fact that Tampa bolstered their biggest defensive weakness in the secondary by drafting Vernon Hargreaves III and they could be an NFC South sleeper.

However, most fans’ pick for an NFC South sleeper is the Falcons. This team experienced a historic collapse in 2015 and are trying to recover from that. To do so, Matt Ryan, Julio Jones, Devonta Freeman, and the offense have to consistently be able to produce. More than that, head coach Dan Quinn must get Desmond Trufant and the defense humming. That last part was a huge area of concern for Atlanta in recent years. Thus, eyes will be honed in on the defense of the Falcons in Week 1.
