Vikings vs Seahawks live stream: Watch NFL Preseason online
By Randy Gurzi
The Minnesota Vikings take on the Seattle Seahawks on Friday, Aug. 18 in the 2017 NFL preseason. Here’s all the info you need to watch.
Following the 2015 season the Minnesota Vikings (1-0) and Seattle Seahawks (1-0) met in one of the harder fought defensive battles in recent memory. The ‘Hawks advanced in that game, but really shouldn’t have.
Minnesota went toe-to-toe with the feared Legion of Boom and held their own. It was a 10-9 lead with the game winding down and all the Vikings needed was a field goal to win. Their offense made the plays necessary and kicker Blair Walsh was set up for a 27-yard chip shot. He whiffed on that and never got his groove back in 2016 and was cut by the Vikings.
He’s now a member of the Seahawks and nailed all eight of his attempts (two field goals, six extra points) for Seattle in their Week 1 offensive explosion. While a kicker facing his old team doesn’t usually provide much intrigue, it could when two teams so well known for defense collide.

As for Minnesota, their offense didn’t explode for 48-points like Seattle last week, but they did enough to get the job done, and even saw a solid outing from backup quarterback Case Keenum in their 17-10 win against the Buffalo Bills. Now they will try to see how that unit hangs against a defense that looked ready to roll in Week 1.
