With two weeks under our belt, we can finally drop teaser picks. Our NFL Week 3 betting guide has your top two six-point teasers and more against the spread.

It’s become a common refrain to say the beginning of the 2017 NFL season has been ugly. With poor performances in prime time, eyeballs are being focused on just a few contests. It is the same reason people think Thursday games are sloppier than those on Sunday. They actually aren’t, but you aren’t able to shift your focus to any other contest if things get slow.

With all that said, the beginning of this season has felt ugly. There seems to be upwards of half a dozen unwatchable clubs, and it’s only been two games! Someone will turn it around; the first few weeks hardly ever resemble the final month of the season. It’s just a matter of finding the teams that will become interesting. Enter your NFL Week 3 teaser picks and your best picks against the spread! Here are the lines for Week 3 via Sportsbook Review.

Two brothers from New York, Dan Salem and Todd Salem, debate NFL Week 3 in today’s NFL Sports Debate.

2017 Record ATS

Dan’s record ATS: 2-2
Todd’s record ATS: 2-2

Thus far on the season, we have picked games against the spread. Three weeks in, though, we begin to build a database of information. That opens the door for more interesting wagers: the deathly teaser. Two-team teasers (in which you can move the line on two games for a lower return, but both games have to win) are not for the faint of heart. We are professionals though. Let’s play with six-point two-team teasers from here on out.

Todd Salem’s NFL Week 3 Picks

Todd’s Teaser:
Baltimore Ravens +2.5 (from -3.5) at Jacksonville Jaguars
Pittsburgh Steelers -0.5 (from -6.5) at Chicago Bears

Jacksonville is one of the teams straddling the line of ugly play this year. Week 1 was a revelation; Week 2 was a realization. I am not a believer, especially after the Allen Robinson injury and the lack of a Blake Bortles injury. Leonard Fournette said the NFL was easy during the preseason. Maybe after rushing for 40 yards on 14 carries he has changed his tune. Baltimore’s offense on the road worries me enough to want to include this game in a teaser, but now the Ravens don’t even have to win to cover.

In the other half of my tease, I don’t love the Steelers on the road, but I love almost everyone straight-up against Chicago. And including Pittsburgh in a teaser allows me to push the line down to essentially even. All the Steelers have to do now is win. Hop on this AFC North two-teamer.

Denver Broncos -2.5 at Buffalo Bills

Denver is being offered at -2.5 in some locations. I like this spot for a number of reasons. Just a field goal win will cover, meaning the Broncos offense from last week doesn’t have to be real for this to be a nice selection. The Denver defense, meanwhile, seems to be the best in the business right now. And Buffalo…Buffalo doesn’t have much hope this year. The Bills have no offense in their stealth tank season. Even the elite running game found zero space last week. Expect more of the same here.

Dan Salem’s NFL Week 3 Picks

Dan’s Teaser:
New York Giants +12.5 (from +6.5) at Philadelphia Eagles
Green Bay Packers -2.5 (from -8.5) vs Cincinnati Bengals

The Giants lost their first two games by 16 points and 14 points respectively, so the original line is understandable. But Odell Beckham Jr. is nearly 100 percent healthy and due for his breakout game of the season. Unless the Giants are a total bust, including Beckham, then New York will find its offensive legs against their division rival in this must win game.

Putting this game into my six-point teaser feels too good to be true. Giants plus 12.5 points in a game that is likely decided by a field goal is easy money. Forget the Giants from weeks one and two. That was a different football team.

My second game of this teaser is even more fun to pick. The Bengals stink, but playing at home definitely made me take pause with the original line. Now that the Packers are giving up less than a field goal, this is an ideal game to pick. Green Bay is a very good team and wins easily, so give the field goal and tease this with New York.

Dallas Cowboys -3 at Arizona Cardinals

Dallas got stomped flat by the potent defense of the Denver Broncos last week. Their offense was not good enough overcome a great defense, but Arizona does not have one. Their offense is not particularly consistent either. This game should not be very close. The Cardinals struggled against Indianapolis, so the Cowboys should run them over. I’m giving the field goal and believing in Dallas. They win by at least a touchdown.
