9. Tyler Lockett, WR, Seattle Seahawks (33.3 percent owned)

Last week Lockett led the team in receiving yards (64) while tying for the team-high in receptions (6) and targets (9). He has game-changing speed and can get behind the defense on any given play. With the Seahawks expected to be without tight end Jimmy Graham this week, Lockett should be just as involved in the passing game as he was last week.

More from NFL Spin Zone

This week, he goes against a Titans secondary who has given up three total touchdowns to wide receivers over their first two games. Even though Lockett is a better option in standard leagues compared to PPR, he has a high ceiling in both.

8. Jermaine Kearse, WR, New York Jets (31.6 percent owned)

When Jermaine Kearse was traded to the Jets, it shook the fantasy football community. Lol, no I’m only kidding. Instead, he almost looked like a throw-in player during the Sheldon Richardson trade. Yet, after two weeks of football Kearse is becoming a viable option in fantasy football.

In each of the last two weeks he has 12+ PPR points and even scored two touchdowns in Week 2’s game against the Oakland Raiders. Believe it or not, he goes into Week 3 as the No. 5 PPR wide receiver. Do I think he can sustain this production? No, I do not — but I do think he can finish as a top-20 wide receiver.

The Jets should be trailing in most games and Kearse has established himself as the team’s best wide receiver. He should see 100+ targets this season and at the very least, brings garbage-time appeal every single week.
