7. Jared Cook, TE, Oakland Raiders (34.4 percent owned)

Last week, Cook caught his first touchdown as a Raider and finished Week 3 as the seventh-best fantasy football tight end. This week he takes on a tough Broncos defense who is surprisingly generous to opposing tight ends.

In back-to-back weeks the Broncos have given up a touchdown and six-plus receptions to an opposing team’s starting tight end. Denver arguably has the best trio of cornerbacks in the NFL and when they hold opposing wide receivers in check, quarterbacks more often than not lean on their tight ends to move the ball.

6. DeShaun Watson, QB, Houston Texans (17.5 percent owned)

The rookie still has a lot to prove to be a franchise quarterback in the NFL but from a fantasy football standpoint, he’s already shown what type of ceiling he has. In Week 2’s game against the Bengals, Watson had a 49-yard touchdown run and last week he threw for 301 yards and 2 touchdowns while chipping in 41 yards on the ground.

Anytime a quarterback is a threat to pick up serious yards on the ground, he has the potential to finish a top-10 quarterback every week. In Week 4 Watson goes against a Titans defense who just gave up 373 yards, four touchdowns and 26 rushing yards to the Seahawks dual-threat quarterback Russell Wilson.
