Five college football games that NFL Draft fans should be checking out in Week 5 of the season.

The fifth week of the 2017 college football season has arrived, and this week brings some games full of players whom NFL fans will all know on Sundays next year or in the foreseeable future. Games listed this week are all over the map with start times that will keep your schedule full on Saturday afternoon, with games starting at 12:20 p.m. ET when Syracuse faces North Carolina State, or the night cap when Alabama hosts Ole Miss in a SEC showdown.

One player from the NC State vs. Syracuse game whom NFL Fans should want to watch is NC State defensive end Bradley Chubb. There is also the Georgia Bulldogs this weekend. Though they have strong running backs, don’t sleep on outside linebacker Davin Bellamy, either.

This week should be very exciting for all college football fans, but the five games listed are the best five games for NFL fans looking to see players who could help make a difference for a pro football roster next season.

5. Syracuse Orange at NC State Wolfpack (12:20 p.m. ET, ACCN)

The player for fans of the NFL to watch to watch in this game is North Carolina State defensive end Bradley Chubb. The 6-4, 275-pound defender is one of the better players at the position this season in college football, and there is no doubt he’ll have his name called next April during the NFL Draft.

In four games this season, the defensive end has 21 total tackles and 7.5 tackles for a loss. He also has collected 3.5 sacks and even has batted down a pass in the season opener against South Carolina. CBS Sports has Chubb as the third-ranked defensive end going into games Saturday, and even Syracuse players are giving props to Chubb as they are set to face him.

Nate Mink of Syracuse.com quoted Syracuse head coach Dino Barbers about Chubb and his pass rush abilities:

"“The guy is flying all over the field. He’s stout. He’s ripping the ball out 10, 12 yards downfield, making plays on backs. He’s very, very active. He’s very, very good. I’m not sure we’ve seen better so far.”"

Each game this season, Chubb has recorded no less than a half sack in each game, and his best total to date in 2017 came against Florida State last week by gaining seven tackles (two for a loss) and two sacks.
