2. C.J. Anderson Time

Like I stated earlier, the Bengals defense ranks 27th in the league with 123.6 rushing yards per game. Denver doesn’t have the most prolific offense in the NFL, but they do have enough talent to run over the Bengals’ defense.

More from NFL Spin Zone

C.J. Anderson is due a big game after rushing just 67 yards in his last two games. He hasn’t scored a touchdown since week two against the Dallas Cowboys. With the Broncos playing from behind in most of their games, it’s hard for Anderson to get much opportunity running the football since the offense is always playing catch up. Therefore, he hasn’t been productive as he’s been in previous seasons.

He also has to compete for touches against fellow teammates Jamaal Charles and Devontae Booker. Even though all three running backs will get a crack at some of the workload, Anderson should have a productive game this week against the Bengals.

I don’t see the Broncos falling behind in this game and I see them leaning on the run once they get the lead. Anderson is still the team’s main running back, and should the majority of the carries. I wouldn’t be surprised if he passes the 100-yard barrier and score at least one touchdown this week.

Bold Prediction: Anderson rushes for over 100-yards and scores at least one touchdown.
