2. The Saints pick off Jared Goff after three-straight perfect games

It’s a huge achievement, but the Saints defense has been great at tearing up offenses and making them think on their feet. Applying pressure to Goff is going to be key in this matchup. Against the Vikings last week, they pressured him, his O-line didn’t protect him and had to make snap decisions.
The Saints have been great at putting pressure on opposing QBs resulting in sacks, forced fumbles and interceptions. With Goff’s confidence shaken up a bit, the Saints D is going to take advantage and pick him off. This will be Goff’s first interception after three-straight perfect games and more than likely, land in the hands of Marshon Lattimore.
The Saints have 10 interceptions under their belt and have picked off Cam Newton, Matthew Stafford and Tyrod Taylor. Picking off Goff is going to be a challenge but their defense has come in the clutch multiple times this season. Picking off Goff could be what shuts the door on their win and against the Rams, that’s exactly what they’ll need.
