3. Both quarterbacks have bad games

It won’t be just Josh McCown playing poorly in this one, and having Jets fans scream for either Christian Hackenberg or Bryce Petty after the game is over. After this game Chiefs fans will be screaming to see Patrick Mahomes make his debut, but the Chiefs won’t lose the game (to be discussed later).

Frankly, neither quarterback should be the starter. The Jets are in disarray, but the Jets don’t want to put their young quarterbacks in a terrible situation, and the Chiefs would be better off given their young quarterback a go, given that the team is set up for him to succeed.

That said, the Jets offensive line has been awful all season, with some exceptions. The Chiefs offensive line has regressed in recent weeks. Expect both defenses to be able to get into the backfield and cause some havoc. In addition to that, expect multiple interceptions from both quarterbacks.

You’re going to wonder who will score first in this game. Don’t expect a lot of scoring. In fact, expect to see a lot of two guys who’s names don’t usually come up unless they do something in a game. That’s where we get to the second biggest bold prediction.
