Only the strong will survive as Vegas makes the lines as crazy as the matchups themselves. These are your best picks against the spread for NFL Week 15.

Some teams feel like heavy favorites, but will you risk your money on a blowout in NFL Week 15? The lines are tempting us. Dan is holding strong with three weeks left. Todd needs a few more wins. Which teams deserve your money this week?

NFL Week 15 is about the strong teams holding on. Look for the lines that seem fishy! Your best picks against the spread. Here are the lines for Week 15 via OddsShark.

Two brothers from New York, Dan Salem and Todd Salem, debate NFL 2017 in today’s NFL Sports Debate.

NFL 2017 Record ATS

Dan’s record ATS: 16-12
Todd’s record ATS: 11-17

With Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday games this week, Week 15 is peak NFL 2017. It may not live up to that title on the field though. Five games have a line of a touchdown or larger. At least three games project as potential double-digit blowouts. Said another way, Week 15 is prime teaser territory!

Todd Salem’s NFL Week 15 Picks

Todd’s Teaser:
Baltimore Ravens -0.5 (from -6.5) at Cleveland Browns
Atlanta Falcons pick’em (from -6) at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Will Baltimore and Atlanta cover nearly touchdown spreads on the road at division rivals’ stadiums? Who knows, but now that’s not relevant! All I need is for the Ravens and Falcons to win outright against far inferior opponents.

The Ravens played the Browns the first time back in Week 2. This was back when Cleveland had hope of a competitive season. Baltimore still won easily and perhaps set the Browns up for another year of malaise and demise. Atlanta played Tampa Bay recently, in Week 12. The Falcons won easily. I don’t need easy wins here; just wins.

Carolina Panthers -2.5 vs. Green Bay Packers

This game is all about the triumphant return of Aaron Rodgers. It’s why the line fell from the home Panthers giving six to them now giving less than a field goal. Rodgers is the best quarterback in the sport when he’s humming, but I’ll take Carolina by that small margin.

There exist all the questions about Rodgers’ rust, his acclimation to the offense after so many weeks, and the talent of the roster around him. But there are also the points that Carolina is really solid right now and playing its best football of the season. The Panthers haven’t lost at home since Week 6, and that came against Philadelphia, the former best team in the NFL. The offense isn’t running over people, but the defense has been stout all year. Rodgers may keep Green Bay within a field goal, but that won’t be enough here.

Dan Salem’s NFL Week 15 Picks

Dan’s Teaser:
Jacksonville Jaguars -5 (from -11) vs Houston Texans
Philadelphia Eagles -1 (from -7) at New York Giants

Only the strong survive. That’s my motto this week as some heavy favorites face heavy lines from Vegas. Good thing we are picking teasers! Jacksonville is far and away better than Houston and will face the Texans at home. Do I think they will blow them out? It doesn’t matter. The Jaguars certainly win by a touchdown in what may amount to a playoff clinching victory.

The Eagles line has everything to do with the Carson Wentz hangover. Do people forget how good their defense has been? Furthermore, do people forget how awful the Giants are? I don’t care that New York is at home. They are not beating the best team in the NFC, even with Nick Foles at quarterback. Give up one point and win your teaser.

NFL 2017: 5 Teams on Upset Alert in Week 15

Cincinnati Bengals +10.5 at Minnesota Vikings

The Bengals are either a good ‘bad team’ or a bad ‘good team’ this season. It really doesn’t matter. What matters it that they are solid enough to make it interesting on the road versus the Vikings. Minnesota is a good football team, but 10.5 points are too many to pass up. I love the Bengals plus ten, because they likely keep it close like they have all season.
