5. Bennie Logan, NT (from Kansas City Chiefs)

Very quietly, the Tennessee Titans added a very intriguing piece to their defensive line this offseason. Versatile Bennie Logan was a third-round pick of the Philadelphia Eagles back in 2013. He was a solid performer for the franchise and was able to excel in both the 4-3 and 3-4 schemes.

In four seasons in the City of Brotherly Love, he totaled 51 of the 59 games he played. A nose tackle his first three seasons in the league, he made to the defensive tackle when the club went to a four-man front in 2016 under new coordinator Jim Schwartz.

A year ago, he was a member of the Kansas City Chiefs and played for his former head coach in Andy Reid. He inked a one-year, $8 million deal with the eventual AFC West champions (terms via Spotrac). He would play in 15 regular-season contests and made a dozen starts. Logan finished with 52 tackles and 1.5 sacks.

This offseason, the 6-2, 315-pound defender opted to test free agency once again and is now with a third club in as many years. Logan signed a one-year, $4 million contract with Mike Vrabel’s squad. And he has an opportunity to elevate the Tennessee defense, now under the guidance of coordinator Dean Pees, to greater heights in 2018. The five-year pro will team with end DaQuan Jones and three-time Pro Bowl defensive tackle Jurrell Casey to give the Titans a formidable front.
